City Beach strives to teach players how to learn, apply themselves fully, develop habits that will make them successful, and how to play the game of volleyball.Ĭity Beach teams compete in the tournaments run by the Northern California Volleyball Association (NCVA). They have a training and management structure in place that helps coaches collaborate and ensures that each player is being provided the highest quality of coaching. This Santa Clara facility has 5 courts and a weight room, and it is the primary practice location for the all City Beach teams.Ĭity Beach will host more than 30 different teams for the 2013 season. At all levels, regardless of the amount of playing time, each player receives the same quality instruction from coaches who care about their development and foster a positive and sportsmanlike environment. There are two City Beach facilities: one in Fremont, and one in Santa Clara ( map).
